Pomegranate Berry Smoothie
You’ve probably heard about how pomegranate is good for you and this smoothie offers a healthy, fat burning snack that is good any time of the day. You will need:
• 1 ½ cups of frozen berries – again you can use any berries that you want or mix them up
• 1 cup pomegranate juice – unsweetened
• 1 pomegranate
• 1 ounce whey protein powder
• 1 tablespoon honey
• You can also add a banana if you are not particularly fond of the taste of pomegranate. The banana taste will overpower the pomegranate
