Yogurt is a natural fat fighter so any smoothie that includes this ingredient is going to help you to burn fat. For the strawberry Greek yogurt smoothie you will need:

• ¾ cup frozen strawberries
• ½ cup almond milk
• ½ cup Greek yogurt
