• 2 small cucumbers – the seedless variety is the best choice
• 6 ounces Greek yogurt
• 2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar – for sweetening
• 3 mint leaves
• Juice from ½ of a lime
• 3 ice cubes
• Just a pinch of black pepper
Just put everything in the blender and process.
